Welcome to the Vinyl Wine Bar & Shop Club! We’re excited to have you. Please review the terms below before joining.
I. Membership & Billing
- Our first allocation begins September 2025.
- Your credit card will be charged for the first shipment at sign-up.
- For FOUNDERS ONLY: Your next payment is one year after sign-up at $99/per month starting in 2026.
- Future charges will occur about 15 days before each allocation event or wine shipment.
II. Who Can Use the Membership
- Benefits apply to two people at the same address.
- Complimentary tastings are included based on your membership level.
III. Wine Selections
- Wines are pre-selected and cannot be exchanged or substituted.
- Founders & Nostalgist Members have the option of choosing white or red wines.
IV. Membership Term & Cancellation
- Nostalgist and Novice memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment.
- After that, you can cancel at any time using our cancellation form.
- Cancellations must be submitted at least 30 days before the next billing date.
- It’s your responsibility to cancel before the charge is processed.
- No refunds are offered after 14 days from payment.
V. Staying an Active Member
- All wine club selections must be purchased to maintain active status and benefits.
VI. Keeping Your Info Current
- Make sure your credit card, email, phone number, and address are up to date in your account.
VII. Using Your Benefits
- Club benefits are non-transferable.
- The member must be present to use benefits like complimentary tastings.
VIII. Pickup & Store Credit Policy
- Pickups happen at Vinyl Wine Bar & Shop in Alameda, CA.
- Watch your email for pickup party details.
- You have 60 days to pick up your paid wine selections.
- If not picked up within 60 days, the wine will be returned to inventory and a store credit will be issued to your account for future purchases.
IX. California Residents – Auto-Renewal
- California residents must agree to automatic renewal terms as required by state law.
- Your subscription will automatically renew at the then-current rate unless cancelled.
